The people that make it happen

Aimee Lay is a passionate leader who has invested much of her career in building strong individuals and helping them identify and achieve their goals. She is courageous, empathetic, and resilient. She seeks to understand her clients and enjoys taking the opportunity to service them through their concerns.She values providing an atmosphere through confidentiality, consistency, and creativity.

Ashley is the Chief Strategic Officer for EEM. As CSO, she is dedicated to translating EEM’s vision into strategic alignment and sustainable budgets. She ensures optimal stewardship so that the Ministry can fulfill its mission of holistic growth and wellness.
Ashley believes “Financial wellness is interconnected with other aspects of our well-being and can have a big impact on other areas of our health and wellness."

Sydni oversees the unique details that make EEM’s physical and digital footprint cohesive. She believes that while masterpieces might be made by hand, they first start in the heart. Her favorite bible verse is Ephesians 2:10 (NLT).

Tianna, our newest addition to the team, is a lover of the elements that help bring an event together. She hopes that the healing and safe space that E.E.M. provides will be evident through it’s carefully curated events.
Embracing Empowerment Ministries supports individuals in finding healthy ways to grow emotionally, socially, and spiritually by utilizing three cornerstones: Prevention, Intervention, and Response. These cornerstones are embedded in our vision across all facets of our organization. With these cornerstones, we provide the tools and foundational skills to live a productive and fulfilling life of wellness.
